The following information will help you gain new customers and Independent Representatives. The idea of working for yourself, is you have the choice to work the hours you want to.

First things First

One of the very best things you can do for any marketing whether it be online or especially offline e.g business cards, flyers etc is to have a website link that is easy to remember

Now that you have registered as an Independant Distributor with Organo you would have been issued a link to your OG BackOffice. It will look something like this: https://myogoffice.organogold.com/thenameyouchoose

Most times these links can be distributed via email, social media and direct messaging where the recipient simply needs to click on the link and it will direct them to your Organo website page.

So remember to always select a name as a Distributor ID that is easy to remember and catchy!

You can also use URL shorteners like Bitly to shorten a really long Organo OG Office link to something shorter than will automatically direct a recipient of the link to your original link! Cool stuff!

Social Media

Set up some social media accounts to give yourself a virtual presence across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc before you start contacting people!

People want to know what you are about and in this day and age – they will more than likely want to check you out on platforms they are accustomed to using. After all you are now a digital entrepreneur. It’s time to get digital!

Utilising social media is a powerful way to find new customers and recruiting for your business.

Setting up accounts in Social Media is free and no doubt you already know this. Facebook, you can create a “Fan Page” or “Group”. Both are great ways to share the Organo products and information on the business opportunity. Once you have your fan page or group setup, invite your FB contacts to join. This is how you build your network!

Instagram and Pinterest are pretty much the same as each other. It’s all about sharing images, connecting with others, commenting, liking images etc to gain followers back and discover what you are sharing.

Within our private Facebook groups you will find a ton of resources you can share through your social media accounts to help you gain new customers and business recruits. While you are in business for yourself, Organo has a wonderful “TEAM” culture which helps everyone succeed!

Contacting your Contacts

Contacting your friends or acquaintances gives your business a nice “kick start” right from the get go! You could literally have new customers or new signups in your business within 24 hours.

How many people do you know that drink coffee and need to lose weight? How many people do you know that would love the ability earn extra money? Maybe you have heard someone complaining about debt or wishing they could take a holiday, maybe need a new car!

There are so many reasons people need extra income. Try not to “pre-judge” anyone. What you may think you know about their financial situation may well be quite the opposite of where they are at.

Same goes for “their current diet plan” or where their mindset is regarding their current weight or weight loss goals. Be sensitive when approaching anyone you consider “needs to lose some kilos.” I mean who wants to be told they’re fat right? They already probably feel bad enough without you highlighting it!

They best strategy is to simply engage them in a conversation about your own life and how you needed a financial lifeline and how starting your own business has changed your life! Thereafter you can introduce the health benefits and stress that you too are an everyday user of the products.

For others the angle of approach might be totally different and you might want to push the health benefits before even approaching the financial rewards. I mean, people don’t want anyone to have an opinion of them that they might be struggling financially. It’s an ego thing.

This is why it’s important to start with your personal contacts. Friends, family and acquaintances. You will know them best and know how to approach them!

Invest in Business Cards

It’s always handy to have at the very least Business Cards on you where ever you go. Keep them in your car, wallet, handbag anywhere handy you can grab at a moments notice. You just never know who you may run into that starts up a conversation that easily leads into what you do.

Another tip for your business cards, is leave the back blank. This way you can leave someone a lovely message of thanks e.g you are out with friends at a coffee shop or restaurant. Before you leave, add a nice “Thank you for your service!” message on the blank part of your business card and leave this face up on the table. Your card will be picked up read and guess what happens next…. human curiosity will “flip” the card over to see what’s written on the other side! It could lead to a new recruit as easy as that!

In the digital age it also super easy to create e-biz cards with things like QR codes that are easily shareable and can also be scanned directly from a smartphone! I mean who doesn’t use a mobile phone these days? You might leave the house ‘commando’ but you’re never going to leave without your phone!

And voila! Just like that – your digital business is up and running!
